Artisanal sourdough crafted from a balanced blend of white and whole-wheat flours, flavoured with Valhorna cocoa powder, studded with dark couverture chocolate. 

100% naturally leavened with wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria (LAB), and slow-fermented for a rich, complex flavor.

  • Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour
  • Sourdough starter (flour and water)
  • Valhorna cocoa powder
  • Dark chocolate 75%
  • Himalayan Salt
